Campus Maintenance Officer
Full-time - Permanent
Whitireia and WelTec have properties in Porirua and Petone. We are currently looking for campus maintenance officer to assist with the upkeep of these buildings and / or others that may be used in the future.
You will ideally be qualified and/or experienced in a relevant trade such as painting, building, electrical, HVAC etc, but also able to carry out general maintenance duties to a high standard.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to working with a focus on health and safety, as well as displaying a professional work attitude at all times.
You will report and take instruction from the Facilities Manager – Buildings. Typical working week will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
